This place was built from Invasion 80 years ago.Ragusa Ice Cream has made by Italian nemed Luigie Ragusa and Vincenzo Ragusa. They are arrived in Jakarta on 1930 for study. After graduate, both of them went to Bandung and met European who has a Milk Farm and Ragusa Brother's got Milk from her. Many people said that milk have a good taste. And, Ragusa Brother's decided to make Ice Cream. Firstly, they makes the Ice Cream at Pos Street, Bandung. Jo Giok Siaw helped them to makes the Ice Cream.

Ragusa Brother's started to sell the Ice Cream to Gambir from 1932. Unfortunately, they are failed. therefore, Ragusa Brother's opened cafe at Veteran Street Jakarta.
